In our 10th successful year Chef Patron Karl Simpson continues to offer fresh authentic Mex-Tex, Pacific Rim and Cajun cuisine that is always prepared on the premises. Catering for both large and small parties, this multi-level venue has it all.  The separate downstairs area is ideally suited to large parties whilst the upstairs candle lit levels offer more intimacy to couples and small groups.  Full bar and extensive cocktail menu (including popular ice cream cocktails) and top shelf Tequilas and Bourbons.  
The menu offers something to tempt all taste buds, and includes a great vegetarian selection.  It changes to incorporate different trends, and new dishes are developed to supplement old favourites (if these are left out we receive too many protests! ).   We appreciate our regular customers, who return to enjoy house specialties such as Fajitas, Chimichanga, House Smoked Ribs, Cowboy Steaks, Nachos and our famous Chocolate Fudge Brownies in a lively, friendly atmosphere.

At present, the menu shows a Pacific Rim influence, and the new additions are proving very popular. New dishes include Honey Mustard Chicken, Creole Entrecote Steak,  Smoked Salmon Tortilla Wrap and Tuna Steak with Wild Mushroom and Ginger Butter
