The Gaucho Way
of Preparing Meat. |
Churrasco is a tradition for more than three centuries in Rio Grande do Sul.
The old gauchos pierced big pieces of meat and put them in a cavity in the
ground around a fire while talking about their adventures on the plains.
That is our original way of roasting meat by direct exposure to fire.
In the Fogo de Chão meat is prepaired and served as before, keeping
the characteristic taste of each portion.
Not only churrasco but a varied buffet of salades and typical food complets
the menu.
A bar in a relaxed atmosphere, private room for meetings equipped with
audio-visual resources, make Fogo de Chão a restaurant of
international standing where business and leisure go side by side.
Here gaucho gastronomy entertains its admirers with due consideration.
