Many people get to know about Korea and fall
in love with the country first by tasting Korean food. Bulgogi
is one of the most popular dishes in Korea and it is also one which
Westerners find very pleasing. Bulgogi literally means
"fire beef" but it is generally translated as "Korean
Barbeque." Thin, tender slices of beef are marinated in sauce
made with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and other seasonings, and then
cooked over a hot charcoal grill at your table.
Cooked in the same way, but using short ribs instead of beef slices
is another well-known dish called Galbi. In general,
restaurants that specialize in Bulgogi also serve good Galbi
and ChoSun Restaurant is no exception. We use uniquely formulated
